I guess I'm the only one that recognizes that ice cream mascot as an Illithid, well I'm sure Genja knows. By the way Genja, your D&D character looks awesome. Pictures of me and my sister, the girlfriend, my son, the godmother, and my Baby moms.

Actually, it's not a mind flayer. It's Great Cthulhu. But it's commonly theorized that Cthulhu was the inspiration for Gygax and Arneson's illithid. It's a detail from a painting of the Great Old One emerging from the sunken city or R'lyeh. Here's the full version: 
The name of the ice cream is a reference to the old cultist chant "Ph'nglui mglw'nafh Cthulhu R'lyeh wgah'nagl fhtagn." |
