So for christmas, I was one of the lucky ones who got one. My pops made a deal with a guy who was selling on ebay, to buy for the store price, $600. While the games that first came out weren't the best, MGS4 is sure gonna look good in 1080P.

My only problem is the lack of concern sony has for its games, nowadays there just pushing the hardware, and not the games themselves.

We're seeing the same titles on 360 and wii, on the PS3. The difference? A couple of new features, and polished graphics.

I give it a year or so, before the PS3 becomes the number one system, when the game developers become more familiar with the hardware, and they can add much more to the game. PS2 took a while for that, but hopefully the process will speed up with the PS3.

As much as I would like for your statement to be true, I'm still a little skeptical about the PS3. Many of the exculsives are getting ported to the Xbox 360, which already has great games as it is. Final Fantasy XIII, MGS4, and White Knight all look good but if I could chose between a 360 and PS3, I would chose a 360. PS3 has great quality games in its future, but the 360 just already had so much more.
